• Fulfillment service allows for shipping via truckload, LTL, and UPS/FedEx Ground or Air
  

• Extensive experience with International shipping ranging from a single unit to overseas containers
  

• Can ship one unit or multiple units
  

• Rate is charged either per piece or per order. Customer reimburses RWM for freight expenses quarterly

• Packing slips are generated for each order along with other shipping documents required by the customer (bill of lading; SDS; CofA; promotional material; technical sheets; etc.)

• Customer submits orders electronically or by EDI and receives a confirmation from RWM’s Customer Service department  ​ 

• ​We provide finished goods storage for fulfillment customers

• We report finished goods inventory on a regular basis to fulfillment customers
